We had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Hotel in New York City this past weekend and it was wonderful. From the moment we reached the hotel – the valet parking to check-in to the room itself, everything was perfect.

Justin at the front desk checked us in quickly and very professionally. He also gave us directions to a few places we were looking for. The hotel lobby features a nice lounge area along with access to 3 computers where you can go on the internet and even print. The Concierge was very knowledgeable of the city and when it was raining, he offered us an umbrella to use. The doormen were also always at their post and helping guests with the doors.
